Caribbean Business Park is a growing office precinct at Caribbean Park in Scoresby, beside EastLink. Designed by Peter Ryan Architects, it brings together four-storey office buildings over basement parking, linked by landscaped plazas, a café, childcare and a gym. Nesco Services is an ongoing electrical contractor at the park, delivering light and power, communications and maintenance across the precinct.
